How do I check availability?
Choose a package, click on the "book" button and proceed to the online calendar. Our availability is all synced with our website showing up-to-date availability.
What is included in the inflatable cinema packages?
Each package includes a high-quality inflatable screen, a projector, and the necessary equipment for setup. The more premium packages (like Silver Screen and CineLuxe) also include audio options (speakers or headphones), media, and technician support depending on the package.
How much space do I need to set up the inflatable screen?
The space required depends on the size of the screen you choose. For example, the 3.6m x 2m screen needs a flat area of at least 5m x 4m. Larger screens, like the 9m x 5m, require a much larger space (at least 12m x 8m) to ensure there is ample space for both the screen and audience.
How long does it take to set up?
Setup time varies depending on the package. For DIY Movie Night, setup should take around 30-45 minutes, as it’s a DIY approach. For DIY+ and higher packages, setup time is longer, but our technicians will handle the heavy lifting, so you won’t need to worry.
Can I use my own media?
Yes, you can bring your own media (laptop, USB, streaming device, etc.), but keep in mind that for some packages (like Silver Screen and CineLuxe, we’ll handle playback to ensure everything runs smoothly. For DIY+ and DIY Movie Night, you’ll manage playback yourself.
Can I play games or stream sports with the projector?
Absolutely! The projector is versatile and can handle gaming consoles, sports events, or any content you wish to stream. Just make sure your setup is compatible with the projector’s inputs.
Are there any technical requirements for the event?
For most packages, especially DIY Movie Night and DIY+, you will need to bring your own speakers (for audio), and devices for playing media (e.g., a laptop or streaming device), Extensions cords and check power availability of your venue. We recommend checking the equipment compatibility ahead of time. For the Silver Screen and CineLuxe packages, we provide everything, including media and technical support.
Can I add extra equipment or features to my package?
Yes, we offer additional options such as extra wireless headphones, speakers, or customised media selections. Let us know your needs, and we’ll tailor the experience to your event.
What If I Need To Cancel?
We provide 95% refunds for cancelations made 2 weeks prior, 75% refunds for less than 14 days cancelation notice.
